A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Business Analyst with deep Workforce Management (WFM) experience to support the delivery of a large-scale rostering and time & attendance (T&A) system rollout across more than 130 sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact program that will directly support frontline healthcare staff in delivering care more efficiently and compliantly. Key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to map current-state rostering and T&A processes. Define and document future-state rostering templates and T&A workflows in alignment with business and compliance requirements. Support configuration of WFM systems (ideally Dayforce or similar) for efficient rostering across multi-site, multi-shift, and skill-based environments. Work with data teams to support rostering data migration and validate organisational hierarchy impacts. Lead system and data validation activities, identifying and triaging defects in collaboration with technical teams. Engage end-users and superusers across sites to support adoption and change to the new online WFM system. Ensure compliance with roster, award, and payroll regulations in all proposed process and system designs. As the successful candidate, you will offer: 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst with proven exposure to WFM system implementations. Strong understanding of complex rostering scenarios and T&A processes. Hands-on experience with WFM platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - able to explain concepts clearly and adapt your approach as needed. Experience supporting change and training activities for system users across large, distributed organisations. Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
