Role Overview  As a Business Analyst â QARA Projects , you will play a critical role in shaping the future of QARA operations by leading the discovery and scoping of key business initiatives. This is a business-focused role (not IT) rooted in improving processes, aligning stakeholders, and delivering actionable insights that support compliance and operational excellence.  Your focus will be on problem discovery, process optimi z ation and enabling informed, data-driven decisions , all while ensuring regulatory compliance  ⯠ Key Responsibilities  Project Discovery : Engage early in the project lifecycle to define problems, clarify objectives , and document business needs aligned with QARA goals.  Process & Business Analysis : Lead structured sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Translate insights into clear, actionable requirements.  Requirements Analysis & Recommendations : Develop well-reasoned, data-driven recommendations for stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.  Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to ensure business requirements are understoo d and mak e well-reasoned recommendations to all organisational levels.  Vendor Selection : Contribute to vendor selection and evaluation processes by developing requirements, comparing capabilities, and supporting decision-making.  Tool Enablement: Guide QARA teams in adopting tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, ChatGPT, Copilot) by identifying practical use cases, demonstrating value, and supporting implementation to improve process clarity and efficiency  Training & Change Enablement : Design and deliver training for end users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, systems, or processes.  Effective Communication : Maintain clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders to ensure project success.  Industry Awareness : Stay current with regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, ISO) and industry best practices to ensure proposed changes are both compliant and forward-thinking.   Qualifications & Experience  Education : Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration , Information Technology, or a related field.  Experience :  3-5 years of experience in business analysis or project support , preferably in a regulated industry.  Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, ChatGPT, Copilot), including experience guiding non-technical teams in their use.  Demonstrated ability to contribute to vendor selection and provide data-supported business recommendations.  Strong training experience, with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective programs.  Ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.  Clear communicator capable of making well-reasoned recommendations to all organizational levels .   ⯠ Preferred :  CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)  Experience in the large-scale medical device industry is a plus.  â LI-APAC Joining us is more than saying âyesâ to making the world a healthier place.
