About the role Our Change and Transition function aims to maintain operational stability and apply quality assurance to the activities associated with the Change Management and Transition Management Processes. As a process manager for both of these processes, you balance being a guidance counsellor and an enforcer for our internal teams and external customers. Develop, implement, document, enhance and continually improve the organisation’s Change Management and Transition Management Framework, roles & responsibilities, and processes & procedures. Ensure the defined Change Management and Transition Management process and procedures are adhered to by staff carrying out their tasks. Coordinate all activities associated with the Change Management process, including chairing the AC3 CAB meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, production of a Forward Schedule of Changes calendar and development of a Communications plan, using the RACI model Oversee the delivery of all activities associated with Transition Management, including conducting discovery workshops with both customers and internal operations support stakeholders, drafting of Service Enablement Project Plans, producing handover documentation, etc •Identify, recommend and undertake relevant training/education that may be required for staff to address any non-conformance with the processes and procedures, in consultation with their Manager. Produce appropriate and relevant training material and documentation to support the needs of new and existing operational support staff. Keep your team members happy and engaged so that they deliver customer business outcomes and achieve individual, team and AC3 objectives. Develop and maintain career development plans for all team members. Proactively contribute as a member of the SIAM Leadership Team and engage with your peers within the business. Essential Experience 5 years’ management experience, in addition to extensive experience in area of expertise - typically 10 years in all.
