About The Role As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Bid Writer to play a pivotal role in securing exciting opportunities across the ANZ region. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring seamless coordination from initiation to submission. Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Development Managers (BDM), and State Managers to gather necessary information for compelling bid response Produce high-quality, professional content for bids, proposals, and tender submissions Oversee multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional standards Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure our bids are competitive Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with company policies and customer specifications Actively contribute to the improvement of our bid processes and success rates Requirements Proven experience as a Bid Writer or similar role Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness.
