While they have a brand-new, modern office in the Perth CBD, some staff members regularly work remotely from regional areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer with at least 2 years of experience (and if substantially more experienced then a leadership role) to join a fast-growing team andwork on a range of property transactions and conveyancing matters. Responsibilities will include reviewing Contracts of Sale, preparing property settlements, managing residential conveyancing files, and providing general legal advice. This role will suit a quality property lawyer who enjoys dealing with clients and who prioritises customer satisfaction. You will be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, and someone who can work both independently and in a team.
