Job Description About the role The Senior Product Manager – Monetisation & Insights (Loyalty & Insights) is responsible for understanding and defining the non-job ad value that best support our higher volume and higher complexity Hirers across all our APAC markets. In addition, the Senior PM will oversee the build of our broader Insights product portfolio that supports both small and large Hirers across APAC. This capability allows Hirers to understand SEEK's value for their hiring needs, clarify ROI, and foster loyalty. This role owns a crucial part of SEEK’s longer-term Monetisation strategy and contributes to our marketplace ambitions. Specifically, the Senior PM will: Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and their hiring needs Understand marketplace loyalty and retention strategies for large Hirers Craft a vision and roadmap for non-job ad value capabilities for Contracted Hirers Oversee the development of Insights products supporting ad performance and ROI analysis Collaborate with teams to tailor contracts and introduce new ad and non-ad products Implement systems to capture customer and sales feedback for product roadmap prioritisation This role requires a marketplace-wide view, considering the needs of Hirers and candidates. It involves partnership with Commercial, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams across APAC and reports to the Principal PM – Loyalty & Access.
