Monday to Friday Role – No weekends Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the clinical team, including RNs, Care Staff, and a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Ensure high standards of clinical care, compliance, and quality outcomes for residents. Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and medication management. Drive continuous improvement and support accreditation processes. Collaborate with the General Manager and Quality Team to enhance service delivery. Essential Requirements: Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with 3–5 years of experience in a similar aged care leadership role. Strong clinical expertise, complex healthcare knowledge, and documentation skills. Experience supervising staff and leading multidisciplinary teams.
