The firm handles a variety of cases, including property disputes, contract breaches, and personal injury matters , with a dedication to providing tailored solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients within the NSW legal system. About the role: Responsibilities include managing a team and delegating tasks efficiently, with expertise in personal injury law. You will utilize the Personal Injury Commission Portal and NSW Online Registry , provide legal advice and representation to clients, and draft accurate legal documents. Additionally, you will attend conferences and hearings, and offer guidance and technical support to solicitors and paralegals . The ideal candidate: Senior Associate or Special Counsel (6 PQE). Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission. Experience in insurance/personal injury law , coming from a recognized insurance law team/firm. Outstanding client service and responsiveness Strong time management, communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
