Small freight forwarder is currently looking for a client-focused Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for their strategic clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering operational solutions. Your ability to manage complex accounts and coordinate across internal teams will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
