As the National QA Manager, you will be responsible for managing the quality teams across each site. You'll oversee and drive food safety, compliance, and quality performance across all states. You'll be the go-to expert for regulatory standards and customer expectations, partnering with stakeholders to ensure operational consistency and safety. Profile You will have demonstrated people leadership experience managing teams across multiple states and delivering on the quality strategy Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Experience in food retail or FMCG manufacturing high risk products. Expertise in HACCP and ISO 22000. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with autonomy and travel interstate. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
