HR Compliance: Maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with laws, policies & procedures. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Resolving issues & supporting performance management including advising & coaching managers Learning & Development: Organising training initiatives & career development programs Engagement & Wellbeing: Driving employee wellbeing programs & supporting company initiatives HRIS & Reporting: Maintaining accurate employee records & generating HR reports Employee journey: Coordinating probationary reviews, employee check-ins & key stage touchpoints. Offboarding: Overseeing processes, including exit interviews & relevant paperwork. What you'll need: - 3 years HR experience gained within an Officer/Coordinator capacity - Understanding of best practice HR systems, processes, polices, procedures & legislation - Demonstrated capacity to determine priorities & meet deadlines within a high-volume enviornment - Attitude that can work under pressure (both independently & within a team) - Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills - Ability to prepare and present reports & documentation of high quality - Capacity to deal with a wide range of team members - Intermediate computer and software skills - Professional attitude with high attention to detail - Discretion to handle ongoing sensitive information Sound good?
