Job Description Purpose of your role OFX is seeking a driven, results-oriented team player to join our expanding sales team. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you are an experienced hunter & sales closer, with a track record of exceeding your targets. You'll work to identify customer needs, effectively articulate OFX’s value proposition, and discuss how OFX’s products and solutions provide an opportunity for better business money management, financial operations and spend control. What you do You will own the entire sales cycle through to close, hitting monthly targets and driving revenue for OFX. This is a true senior level hunter role. Communicate confidently and professionally with potential clients via web conferencing, email, phone, and in-person Utilizing your strong understanding of business and finance operations, communicate, sell and negotiate with Finance Leaders, Controllers, Accountants and C-level executives and decision makers Work with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are guided through the onboarding requirements Ensure complete and accurate client relationship records within Salesforce Maintain up to date knowledge of OFX products and solutions and the value offered in relation to competitors in the marketplace Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of new potential clients
