RAAFA is one of WA’s largest and most trusted aged care and retirement living providers with circa $100 million in revenue. Its services include retirement living, residential care, in-home care services (via RAAFA Connect), hospitality clubs, charitable initiatives to support the vulnerable, and specialised services for veterans. The COO leads and manages operations to ensure growth, financial sustainability, and operational effectiveness across: Residential Aged Care. Retirement Living. Home Care. Hospitality Services (Licensed Clubs; Kitchens). Quality, Compliance & Clinical Governance. The COO manages private, and government funded service delivery ensuring financial and contractual relationships are met and exceeded. Importantly, the COO works as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will partner with key executives to drive the growth strategy, maximize revenue, manage costs, and design services and models to facilitate sustainable outcomes, all whilst ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers, with high customer satisfaction. Intending applicants should offer circa 10 years’ experience in a senior executive operations focussed position within Health/Aged Care services/Human Services sector. Strong and demonstrated commercial acumen, strategic thinking, project and change management, problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential. You should have a sound understanding of the contemporary Aged Care and Retirement Living Industry.
