About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Accountants to join our Graduate Program in our Business Services team in February 2026! Our Business Services team work closely with clients of all types and sizes, in every sector. By understanding each client’s unique business, family, and wealth needs, our team provide a range of personalised accounting, tax and compliance, and advisory services – business valuations, due diligence, family business and succession planning just to name a few! From helping a client grow their business, minimise their tax liability or plan for the future, our Business Services team are there to help clients achieve their goals! As a Graduate Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with your team and clients, to undertake a wide range of financial accounting and compliance tasks, growing your skills and knowledge in all areas of income tax, GST, FBT, stamp duty, payroll, and indirect taxes. What you’ll do: As a Business Services Accounting Graduate at BDO, you can expect to: Engage in meaningful client work while collaborating with your team to gain experience across a variety of client engagements Undertake a wide range of financial accounting and compliance tasks such as preparing activity statements, tax returns and financial statements, financial and management reporting, outsourced services and more! Expand your expertise in income tax, GST, FBT, IAS, stamp duty, and payroll.
