Description As a Manager, you’ll report directly to a Partner and lead a team of 3–6 professionals. You’ll play a pivotal role in: Deliver practical, forward-thinking advice to improve client performance, enhance income growth, and streamline operations. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and oversee implementation. Guide, coach, and grow your team. Set direction, provide feedback, manage workflow, and drive a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement. Oversee job budgeting, workflow planning, billing, WIP management, and deadline tracking. Promote best-practice procedures and lead regular team meetings. Guide and review the completion of financial statements, tax returns, FBT, BAS, and other compliance deliverables. Advise on tax planning, management accounting, cash flow, and indirect tax matters. Identify opportunities to add value through our broader service offering. Deliver clear, actionable insights through presentations and written reports. Present to internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
