Technical Proficiency : Experience with Xero Practice Manager , Xero Workpapers , and FYIdocs (knowledge of Class is advantageous; familiarity with Fathom and Castaway is desirable). Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to compliance accuracy. Pressured Environment : Ability to manage tight deadlines successfully within a fast-paced setting.
