The Role The position will report to the Group Finance Operations Manager and will be a key link between Head Office and Operations working to identify business process improvement opportunities and deliver solutions. You will love the opportunity to work in a team that is focussed on problem-solving. Your business partnership skills will be key to influencing and working with both the finance team and organisational stakeholders ensuring strategic objectives are identified and successfully implemented. Duties Prepare monthly transactional accounting for divisional units assigned, delivering insights and enabling decision making Partner with Operations for continuous improvement Managing, coaching and reviewing the work of your team of graduate, assistant and management accountants The ability to implement and monitor progress and multiple transformational programmes Budgeting, forecasting and assisting with the improvements in these processes Educate non-finance staff about costing, budgeting etc Assist the Finance team and Operational staff as required Experience Required CPA/CA or equivalent qualification is essential Experience in a similar role You will have experience improving procedures and challenging the existing processes You will be ambitious and keen to develop and grow You will be keen to travel occasionally throughout the year Why join?
