We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive
Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and keep our community in top condition. You’ll oversee all maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and schedule maintenance team and vendors
- Respond to and resolve work orders promptly
- Oversee apartment turns and preventative maintenance
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment
- Ensure property meets safety and quality standards
What You Bring:
- Experience in maintenance, preferably in multifamily housing
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- HVAC certification preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle multiple tasks
- Team-first attitude and a strong work ethic
