Looking for an experienced section waiter to join a small, tight-knit team. Doju is a beautifully appointed Modern Korean restaurant in the legal district of the CBD, serving up stunning produce, high end cocktails, and aged and rare wine.
We started out 18 months ago with the vision of creating a restaurant not only where we'd like to go but where we'd feel proud to work.
If you have a couple of years' experience running sections of 15-20 in upscale dining we'd love to hear from you. Current RSA and full working rights a must; wine and bar knowledge highly regarded.
20ish hours a week to start, with more for the right candidate.
