As a Senior Information Technology Officer you contribute to the ICT Customer Services' team by leading technical support by use of remote tools and in-person, to the department across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand current and emerging issues, training and development opportunities, and reactively provide support and assistance when needed. The Senior Information Technology Officer makes decisions around the timely and correct escalation of incidents and requests to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met and exceeded. This includes making mature decisions around the reactive response to client demands and the triage of requests and incidents being logged by multiple support channels.
