As Brand Ambassadors of our exquisite hotel, our Porters play a crucial role in the delivery of our Emporium Service Promise of Exquisite Stays.
Reporting to the Chief Concierge, your key responsibilities include:
- The provision of exquisite service to all guests;
- Welcome of all guests with a focus on coordination of vehicles, handling luggage (delivery to rooms and storage) and assisting guests with enquiries and requests;
- Valet parking a variety of vehicles (Note: an unrestricted open manual licence is a mandatory requirement of this role);
- Offering informed advice of both hotel and local Southbank/Brisbane area;
- Meeting guests & Emporium Southpoint Apartment Occupant’s needs with an 'above and beyond' approach to every request.
