Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. Dive into a role where you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.

Spokane WA
The pay range is $20-25/hr depending on experience and includes benefits.
Your Mission
- Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing temporary structures and tools.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report any unsafe practices or conditions to the site supervisor.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
- Perform daily site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You Bring To The Table
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
- Experience with Heavy Equipment (skid steer, backhoe etc) & towing a trailer.
- Ability to operate construction tools and machinery.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures and best practices.
- Strong desire to learn quickly.
- Strong teamwork skills.
Before You Leap
Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
- IMPORTANT: For positions classified as safety-sensitive, applicants are required to pass a comprehensive drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as a condition of employment. While marijuana use may be legal in some states where Nwestco operates, it is important to note that federal regulations and company policies mandate drug testing for all safety-sensitive roles, including those governed by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
