QLeave is seeking a Communications Advisor to join our high-performing Communications team in Brisbane's North.
This flexible, full-time, permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled communications specialist to contribute to QLeave's success by delivering impactful internal and external communications.
About The Role
As a Communications Advisor within the Communications team, you will play a key role in delivering effective communication strategies that enhance awareness of QLeave's services and strengthen its corporate brand. Working closely with the Communications Officer and Manager Communications, you will support QLeave's internal and external communication plans.
Reporting to the Manager Stakeholder and Corporate Affairs, using your understanding and experience in strategic communication you will:
- Create and manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, videos, presentations, and corporate documents.
- Develop content for QLeave's website and intranet, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure consistent communication delivery.
- Monitor and report on digital engagement, including web and intranet performance.
- Implement and evaluate communication initiatives, including surveys and advertising campaigns.
- Research opportunities to enhance communication strategies and contribute to organisational goals.
- Uphold QLeave's values and promote ethical behaviour.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and content creation.
- Ability to balance priorities and work independently.
- Experience using tools such as Squiz Matrix, SharePoint, Vision6, SurveyMonkey, Canva, and video editing software (desirable).
- Collaborative approach to engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to delivering results and promoting QLeave's values.
