Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events, celebrations, and programs that reflect and reinforce our core values.
- Administer initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Facilitate the recruitment process, selection, onboarding, and other HR operations with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinate training and other people and culture programs, working with the training facilitators to deliver an excellent experience
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
- Administration, including data management, upkeep of registers and compliance requirements
- Communications coordination, program administration and provider platform management for employee related programs
