You will play an important role in the Office of the Deputy Director-General (ODDG), Business and Corporate Partnership, managing key relationships and meetings, overseeing divisional reporting and correspondence and providing high-level advice and administrative support to the Deputy Director-General.

About The Role
In this role you will:
- Coordinate and provide secretariat support to the BCP Leadership Group and key corporate meetings including monitoring of action items, agendas, papers and minutes and liaising with presenters as required.
- Support the Deputy Director-General's participation in internal stakeholder and direct report meetings.
- Coordinate monthly reporting requirements for the division and ensure the division's external reporting requirements are maintained.
- Prepare, coordinate and review correspondence, briefing notes and other materials for the Deputy Director-General's consideration.
- Coordinate and prepare whole-of-division and whole-of-department responses ensuring appropriate consultation with appropriate areas.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across the Business and Corporate Partnership, and the department, to support effective collaboration and timely delivery of accountabilities.
- Implement and manage projects as required to support key deliverables of the Office of the Director-General.
- Other duties as directed and required.
