Position Summary:
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and reliable Bar Back to join our rooftop bar team. You’ll play a vital support role, ensuring our bar runs like clockwork and our bartenders are set up for success. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in hospitality and be part of a high-energy, premium venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders by restocking spirits, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and storage areas
- Collect and polish glassware and bar tools throughout service
- Dispose of rubbish and manage recycling efficiently
- Refill ice wells and maintain bar hygiene standards
- Support with end-of-night pack-down and bar prep for the next day
- Follow all workplace health and safety protocols
