Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Charlotte, NC. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing site safety, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The Superintendent will also be responsible for scheduling, quality control, and providing support to the project management team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
- Strong Organization Skills and experience in Budgeting
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
- Proven track record in supervising construction projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Relevant certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
