Construction Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and bring beautiful Build-for-Rent (BFR) townhome communities to life in the Charlotte area.

What You’ll Do
As our Construction Manager, you’ll be the go-to person overseeing every nail, schedule, invoice, and subcontractor that brings our communities to life. You’ll own the process from
preconstruction to move-in—and everything in between.
Day-to-day, You’ll
- Lead your crew like a pro—recruit, train, and inspire our purchasing and production teams
- Run weekly production meetings and keep timelines, invoices, and purchase orders in check
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and city officials to keep everything moving
- Enforce safety and SWPPP standards—you’re the Division Safety Manager, after all
- Handle RFIs, project schedules, change orders, permits, and closeouts like a construction wizard
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear communication and consistent reporting
Experience & Education
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years in new home construction or field supervision
- 3+ years building townhomes (BFR experience is a big plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience that proves you’re a rock star)
- A valid driver's license, reliable truck, and insurance coverage
Skills That Wow Us
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Confidence reading blueprints, construction specs, and site plans
- Top-tier communication, leadership, and organization chops
- Calm under pressure and ready to problem-solve on the fly
- Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven
What It’s Like To Work Here
You’ll split your time between fieldwork and a bit of desk time, collaborating with cross-functional teams and keeping construction humming along. Be ready for boots-on-the-ground action, face time with vendors, and high-fives when we hit our milestones.
Work hours: Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend hustle)
Travel: Minimal
