PERSOL is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Engineering, Technical and Office Support talent. We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Specialist to lead an upcoming recruitment drive for our client. The role will be based between our PERSOL offices in Burswood, and our client's office in the Perth CBD. If you're a highly organised recruiter, love delivering on what a customer needs, and hate sales - this is the perfect role. There are no sales in this role. We have a list of white-collar temp positions that our client needs to be filled - your key role is to make sure those staffing numbers are met. To make things easier, we have an extensive database of active candidates - many of who have previously worked in these roles. You'll have lists of names and people who you'll be given - you'll need to call them, check availability, and get them locked in for the temp assignments. This is an initial 3 month contract, with possibilities of extension, and working circa 37.5 hours per week. In terms of a standard day, you'll look after: Acting as the PERSOL representative on-site for our client to spearhead the project Working directly with our client to deliver on temp white-collar staffing numbers for their projects Speaking to candidates (many already registered with PERSOL) to get them locked in for temp assignments. Managing candidate placements in our database, and updating candidate spreadsheet data for our client Ensuring candidates are compliant for work (Police checks, work rights checks etc) Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process In terms of your background, you'll have: Previous experience leading or coordinating high volume recruitment processes Clear communication and good customer service skills - both with external candidates and internal stakeholders Excellent project coordination and time management skills Strong computer skills, comfortable using our database, and some excel spreadsheets with project information Able to supply a current Police Clearance We need someone to start very soon to kick start this project.
