Join a leading engineering company specialising in the repair and restoration of heavy industrial components for the mining, mineral processing and oil & gas industries. We are seeking an organised and proactive Workshop Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. This is a full time role (38hrs) with a 50/50 split between the office and the workshop so is great for anyone who likes variety in their role. Office Responsibilities: Making inspection reports using Polywork Software. Managing and adjusting schedules. Contacting customers. Ordering materials. Assist with quotes. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) by documenting workshop processes for new employees. Create drawings if experienced in Inventor or Mastercam. Workshop Responsibilities: Liaise with operators and managers to coordinate schedules. Move pallets with a forklift. Use an overhead crane. Take photos of items. Fill out inspection reports. Measure items with a Triangle Measuring Arm. assist workshop staff with tasks as requested. About You: Experience working within heavy machinery jobbing environment (essential). Excellent computer skills (essential). Forklift license (essential). Open to learning computer systems and equipment mentioned above. Excellent English language communication skills. High energy and active. Hands on approach to work.
