We're looking for a highly organised and experienced administrator to become an important part of our small and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, creating order, solving problems and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll take ownership of key administrative processes that support our clinicians to deliver exceptional care and help provide a positive experience for every client and family. About The Role Working closely with our Director and clinical team, you'll coordinate the administration that supports the smooth delivery of our clinic and mobile physiotherapy services. This is a hands-on role where you'll work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of administrative workflows within established systems and processes. Your Responsibilities Will Include Managing phone, email and reception enquiriesCoordinating referrals and new client intakeManaging clinician diaries and appointment schedulingMonitoring waiting lists and supporting timely client follow-upProcessing invoicing and funding administrationMaintaining accurate client recordsMonitoring administrative requirements and following up outstanding documentationSupporting the ongoing improvement of administrative systems and workflowsCreating a welcoming and professional experience for clients and their families About You You're organised, reliable and take pride in doing things well. You enjoy creating order, solving problems and seeing things through to completion. You notice the details others might miss and enjoy knowing that your work helps both clients and clinicians have a better experience. You are comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
