Gippsland Meat Wholesaler is looking for Retail Store Manager to join our business on a full-time basis. Salary on offer is $75000-$85000 plus super, depending on experience. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our store. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff and ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining operational standards. Key duties and responsibilities Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions Undertaking budgeting for the establishment Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations To be considered for this position, you must- Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1 year) Have relevant qualifications or skills Be self-motivated, creative, confident and enthusiastic Be a team player If you possess all the above criteria, please apply for this position.
