About The Role As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the warehouse based in Hume, ACT, ensuring materials are received, stored, picked and dispatched correctly to support fabrication and assembly activities. You’ll lead by example, maintaining strong safety, quality and performance standards while developing your team and continuously improving warehouse processes. You’ll work closely with Operations, Fabrication and Assembly leaders to ensure production schedules are supported and disruptions are minimised. You Can Expect To Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receipting, storage, picking and dispatchLead, coach and coordinate warehouse staff to meet workload demandsEnsure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts and reportingMaintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environmentOperate and oversee forklifts and handling equipment safely and correctlyCoordinate material flow to support production and project timelinesEnsure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and site requirementsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Essential What you’ll bring: Minimum five years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics or materials handlingDemonstrated ability to supervise, direct and motivate staffAbility to liaise, influence and work effectively with contractors, consultants and other tradesAbility to read, interpret and work to specifications and schedulesStrong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes, WHS requirements and QA standardsProven competence in hazard identification and risk managementForklift High Risk Work LicencePermanent working rights in Australia Desirable Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a warehouse environmentCertificate IV in Work Health & SafetyCurrent First Aid certificateWhite Card, Silica Awareness and Asbestos Awareness About Us Benmax is known for quality, innovation and a genuine commitment to its people.
