About the role An exciting Full-time or Part-time opportunity for an E-Commerce Fulfilment Supervisor / Packer is now available working Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm within our Pharmacy on Bunda store in Canberra City. We’re looking for reliable, level-headed, hands on team member to support both our physical store and our e-commerce online fulfilment operations. This is a mixed role, combining retail and on-line management with practical picking, packing and dispatch work. This position will also include but not limited to general pharmacy duties such as customer service, stock management, working within a team. E-Commerce duties include printing of orders, picking, packing and processing orders, communicating with online customers, learning how to run a successful e-commerce business. You'll be someone who's comfortable switching between roles, responding to customer enquiries and physically preparing orders with accuracy and care. Having amazing attention to detail, clear communication, and a patient approach when managing customer queries – are essential You will need to demonstrate initiative, reliability, enthusiasm, exceptional IT skills and a willingness to learn and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Your day to day will involve working alongside an established, friendly pharmacy team to provide stand-out customer service, not only to our face to face customers but our online customers as well. . What you need:- · Proven experience in working part of a team and contributing to a dynamic retail team · Retail or E-Commerce, picking and packing experience is preferred · Exceptional IT skills - Have clear communication skills via email and phone. · Work part of a team to meet the company’s expectations for productivity and goal accomplishment. · Undertake general administration and other duties as required to support the day to day function of both face to face and on-line Order Picking & Packing You will need to be able to complete tasks yourself but also be able to train other team members to complete the tasks: · Preparing and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. · Preparing parcels for dispatch, including labelling and documentation · Double-checking orders to ensure accuracy before shipping. · Maintaining a clean, organised packing area. · Notifying the team of stock discrepancies or packing issues. · Following established fulfilment and quality procedures at all times. - Assisting with online customers enquires via email and/or phone when required We are committed to building a vibrant team who are committed to delivering an exceptional standard of customer care and service.
