The Events Advisor is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact corporate events across Australia. Reporting directly to the Head of Events, this role plays a key part in supporting the execution of strategically aligned events that enhance stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality, professional experiences for partners and clients. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and good judgement, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Occasional domestic travel is required to support event delivery across Australia Key responsibilities Support the Head of Events to design and deliver a national events strategy aligned to firm objectives Help manage the end-to-end delivery of in-person executive-level events across Australia Ensure seamless execution with a strong focus on premium experience, brand alignment, and operational excellence Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other functions within the firm to ensure consistent messaging and delivery on all communications, branding and design output Support the Head of Events in managing event budgets across the national portfolio Work with the Head of Events to negotiate contracts and ensure high service standards are consistently met Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted national suppliers Manage the coordination of the annual events calendar Travel domestically as required to support on-site delivery of national events You will bring Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong administrative capability, particularly in invoice processing and financial coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with executives and senior stakeholders Ability to remain calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure Commercial mindset with sound budget management capability Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for high-quality event delivery Qualifications/experience 3–5 years’ experience in corporate event management, ideally supporting executive-level events Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and liaising with finance/accounts teams Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Relevant tertiary qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desirable) At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.
