Job Title: Project Manager Location: Ballarat Salary: Up to $150,000 - $160,000 Super (depending on experience) About the company Our client is looking to appoint a standout Project Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of complex, high-profile projects, utilising your industry knowledge and leadership skills to achieve exceptional project outcomes. About the role You will be joining a thriving team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Director, your duties and responsibilities may include: Lead the successful delivery of construction projects valued between $2M and $10M, overseeing all phases from planning through to completion. Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, budgets, procurement strategies and project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong site performance. Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with quality standards, safety requirements and contractual obligations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and experience Demonstrated experience working within the commercial construction industry, with a strong understanding of project delivery and site operations. Proven expertise in project planning, coordination and execution within a commercial builder environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver effective outcomes. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
