About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly regarded consulting business specialising in leadership development, organisational culture and transformational learning solutions. Working closely with consultants, facilitators and clients, you'll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of multiple client programs from commencement through to completion. This is a client-facing role that combines project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, workshop coordination and continuous improvement to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly and exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery schedules. Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout delivery. Coordinate workshops, learning programs and events, including logistics, communications and facilitator support. Lead project governance activities including meetings, action tracking, risk management and status reporting. Coordinate participant communications, enrolments and learner support. Support digital and virtual learning delivery across multiple platforms. Prepare project reporting, analyse feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitor project budgets, expenses and project administration. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all programs. About You You'll be a confident and organised Project Manager who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. You'll also bring: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects across multiple concurrent workstreams. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong project governance, planning and organisational capability. Experience coordinating workshops, learning programs or events. The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement. Confidence using project management systems such as Jira or similar platforms. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
