Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator / Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of participant group programs and events, ensuring all logistics, reports and documentation requirements are completed to a high standard. Working closely with participants, families, support staff and external providers, you will play a key role in delivering safe, well-organised and enjoyable experiences. During quieter periods between events, you will also provide administrative support across other areas of the business. This is a part-time role for 25hrs per week (5hrs per day). Flexibility in the structure of these hours may be considered for the right candidate, subject to operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Planning and coordination of events, group programs & STA’s Booking accommodation, transport, activities, and resources Managing schedules, itineraries, and event documentation Completing client support plans, program risk assessments and compliance documentation Coordinating communications and logistics prior to commencement of events Developing program concepts and creating brochures in Canva for upcoming events Working directly with clients to design, plan and coordinate their Short Term Accommodation (STA) stays Supporting other departments with general administration duties during quiet periods between events About You: Previous experience in event coordination, administration, project coordination or a similar role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online systems Experience preparing risk assessments and compliance documentation Ability to coordinate multiple bookings, schedules and logistics simultaneously Experience within the NDIS, disability, community services, aged care or health sectors is highly regarded Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current Driver’s Licence and vehicle What We Offer: Competitive salary Paid kilometre allowance for any business travel Flexible working Work within a friendly, inclusive, and supportive team environment Engage in meaningful work that makes a real difference in a client-centred setting Be part of an organisation that values your contribution, growth, and wellbeing
