We're looking for enthusiastic Administration Officers to join our Relief Team, stepping into a range of business areas to keep our services running smoothly. About the position Whilst the role is casual and hours are unable to be guaranteed, we are seeking applications from suitably qualified Administration Officers who are available to work Monday to Friday between the hours 8:00am to 4:30pm. The successful appointees will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and general clerical duties for various service units across the organisation, covering absences and short-term vacancies. Relief appointments are generally for periods of one to six weeks, working 37.5 hours / week for each assignment. The Administration Officer (Relief) works closely with Service Units to: • Compile, maintain and distribute documents to support the service of the unit. • Act as a point of contact for the unit and coordinate customer requests ensuring information is accurate. • Arrange meetings, agenda's and minutes. • Coordinate appointments and process records. • Complete routine finance transactions and purchasing requirements. Skills and Experience This position will suit adaptable and experienced individuals who enjoy variety and challenge. They must also thrive working in a very busy and change driven organisation.
