About the Opportunity As a Retail Assistant, you'll help create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. This hands-on role offers plenty of variety, including assisting customers, processing donations, merchandising stock, and maintaining an attractive and organised retail environment. Every day, you'll play a part in turning community donations into valuable support for people experiencing hardship. This role requires availability across weekdays and Saturdays, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. What We're Looking For Retail experience is an advantage, but it's your positive attitude, reliability, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellent customer service that will set you apart. You'll thrive in a busy retail environment and enjoy being part of a team that makes a genuine difference. Successful applicant will be required to complete a National Police Check and hold, or obtain, a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card upon commencement.
