This permanent Monday–Friday role gives you the opportunity to remain close to care delivery while moving into education, quality improvement and clinical capability building. As Clinical Educator & Quality Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting care teams to feel confident, capable and prepared to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll blend hands-on clinical education with quality improvement, working closely with Service and Care Managers to build a culture where learning is continuous, accountability is shared, and quality is everyone’s responsibility. You Will Bring AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in aged care and/or acute careAustralian work rights, as sponsorship is not available for this roleNational Police CheckCurrent First Aid and CPRA passion for education, mentoring and capability buildingStrong clinical knowledge with a quality and risk lensWarm, professional communication skills and the ability to engage diverse teams Previous experience in a dedicated educator role is not essential — this may suit a confident RN, Clinical Nurse or Care Coordinator who naturally supports others and is ready to take the next step into education and quality.
