The Opportunity This internal specialist role provides critical support to the ATOM Safety & Uniforms business. You will play a key part in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting the growth and continuous improvement of our PPE, Clothing and Footwear categories. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of the sales process and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely and customer-focused outcomes. In this role, you will bring these values to life by: Working authentically , taking ownership and pride in the quality of your work Communicating in a transparent and open way with customers, suppliers and internal teams Staying motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Delivering consistent, high-quality service , always putting the customer experience first Key Responsibilities Provide second-line support to the ATOM Safety & Uniforms team, including internal sales administration and coordination Work closely with the external sales team and preferred suppliers to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions for customers Prepare professional recommendations aligned to customer objectives, ATOM Safety & Uniforms findings and value-added service offerings Deliver high-quality technical product support to internal stakeholders and customers Maintain accurate records, pricing and reporting using internal systems and Excel-based tools Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and improvement opportunities What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings both technical capability and the right mindset: Customer centric and service focused , with a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs Exceptional attention to detail , ensuring accuracy across orders, data, documentation and reporting Strong Excel capability , including confidence working with spreadsheets, data analysis and reporting Adaptable and resilient , able to respond positively to change and manage competing priorities Highly organized with strong planning, communication and time-management skills Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Previous experience within PPE, Hi-Vis Clothing or Footwear industries is desirable but not essential Ready to Apply?
