Experienced Dental Assistant Dental Members is a privately owned group of general dental clinics, Australia wide. Dental Members Fremantle is a brand-new, beautifully appointed clinic with three modern surgeries and a team that genuinely likes working together. We do complex, long-form cases – full mouth rehabilitations, extended surgical treatments, the kind of work where you actually get to know your patients and see them through from start to finish. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like you truly matter at work, this is that job. THE ROLE • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.30pm – no weekends. 8 or 9 day fortnight . • Chairside assistance for all procedures, including complex restorative and surgical cases including implants. • Sterilisation and instrument reprocessing to the highest infection control standards. • Treatment planning preparation and materials ordering. • Scheduling appointments and reception duties as required. • Delivering outstanding patient care throughout extended treatment journeys. ABOUT YOU • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) is advantegous • Exposure to or genuine interest in complex restorative or implants highly regarded • Demonstrated knowledge of current infection control standards and sterile field protocols. • Computer literate; experience with dental software such as Praktika is preferred. • A warm communicator who genuinely cares about patient experience. • Someone who thrives in a team – collaborative, proactive and proud of their work.
