Prior experience highly regarded, however not necessary. Position Details: Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Occupational Health Technician (Permanent) Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours/week) Key Responsibilities: As a receptionist / technician you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and welcoming manner Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records while respecting confidentiality Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently Managing billing and payment processes Recording clinical measurements for doctors' oversight such as height, weight, hearing, urine and lung function testing (training provided). Assisting with general administrative duties in both GP & Occupational Health to support the clinic's operations Essential Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes: Excellent time management skills An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently Friendly, compassionate, and caring nature Honest and reliable Exceptional work ethic with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer and literacy skills Previous technician or administration experience, preferably in a medical setting highly regarded Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Desirable Qualifications: While not essential , the following qualifications and experience would be a plus: Experience with Best Practice Software is an advantage Previous experience in a GP or Occupational Health Clinic desirable but not essential Certificate in Spirometry issued by Training Provider accredited/registered with RSHQ How to Apply: If you believe you are a perfect fit for this role and are eager to contribute to our clinic's success, we would love to hear from you.
