About the role The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing function through strategic planning that aligns with our business needs and overseeing an established marketing team. The successful person while focusing on continuing to support our builders and homeowners with what the marketing team has already established, will also look forward to bringing in their own experiences and ideas and will be the type of person that enjoys rolling their sleeves up and being hands on. The role reports directly to our Managing Director and will work very closely with our customer facing Managers across the business (Sales, Service, Installation). What you will do Develop and deliver marketing strategies that build brand value across our B2B (builder) and B2C (homeowner) markets Oversee brand management – advertising, social media and content – with consistent messaging across all channels and websites Engage with our major customers to support their needs and work on any joint initiatives that benefit the homeowner Lead digital marketing and lead generation, including Google campaigns, and measure and optimise performance Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, setting priorities and people practices Manage and continually improve the end-to-end customer experience, including our CRM and customer communication Own the marketing budget and manage agency partners to deliver a strong return on investment Oversee the annual builders NPS survey and turn feedback into action plans with other departments Monitor competitor activity and grow relationships with key partners Manage industry sponsorship, community donations and corporate volunteering What you will bring A commitment to becoming the custodian of one of WA’s most recognised brands Genuine people-leadership skills – coaching, developing and prioritising a team Proven experience developing and managing a marketing strategy A strong understanding of customer journeys and a genuine focus on customer experience Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho an advantage, but any comparable CRM is welcome) Google Ads, digital and social media marketing know-how A collaborative style and strong commercial acumen Alignment to our values and culture Benefits A pivotal leadership role during a genuine period of business growth The opportunity to shape our brand and customer experience A supportive, close-knit team with real investment in your development Be part of a dynamic, high achieving and successful business and senior management team Active social club Annual shutdown Corporate benefits (novated leasing, employee benefit program etc) Applications Please apply by submitting both your resume and covering lettering outlining your suitability to the role.
