We're looking for an Enrolments Engagement Coordinator to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for prospective families — guiding them from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The Enrolments Engagement Coordinator supports prospective families through their decision-making journey and assists in guiding enquiries through to enrolment. The role is highly relationship-focused, with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach, pipeline management, and delivering a positive experience for prospective families. Skills and Experience: Experience in a school enrolments, front office, or customer engagement role , with a strong understanding of the enrolment journey from initial enquiry through to student induction Warm, professional communication skills , with the ability to build trust and rapport with prospective families, students, and the wider school community Confident managing enquiries and tours across phone, email, and in-person, including coordinating school tours and information sessions Well-organised with strong administrative skills , including experience using school management systems to track applications, maintain accurate records, and manage enrolment data A collaborative team player who works closely with school leadership, enrolments, and marketing to support enrolment targets and create a positive first impression of the school.
