About Us Boxes 24 Pty Ltd is a growing Western Australian packaging manufacturer, supported by our division, GT Die Cutting & Print Finishing. Together, we provide packaging, die cutting and print finishing solutions for businesses across a range of industries. We are now looking for a capable and commercially minded Corporate Services Manager to support the next stage of growth across our group. This is a hands-on business management role suited to someone who enjoys variety, structure, problem-solving and working closely with senior management to improve how a business operates. About the Role The Corporate Services Manager will provide high-level administrative, operational, financial and commercial support across Boxes 24 and GT Die Cutting & Print Finishing. You will work directly with the Director and senior management team to improve systems, support business planning, manage administrative and operational resources, assist with financial reporting, coordinate staff and help ensure the business runs efficiently day to day. This role would suit someone with strong experience in business administration, operations, corporate services, finance support or commercial coordination who is ready to take ownership of a broad and important management function. Key Responsibilities Business & Operational Management You will support senior management with business planning, operational coordination and commercial decision-making across both business locations. This will include reviewing internal processes, identifying operational issues, preparing reports and recommendations, and helping improve business performance across administration, finance, customer service, production support and supplier management. Administration, Systems & Procedures You will develop, maintain and improve administrative, financial and operational procedures across the business. This includes document control, records management, contracts, supplier information, customer records, internal reporting, business systems and general workflow improvements. Financial & Resource Support You will assist with budgets, forecasts, financial reports, management summaries and operational cost control. You will also support the management of business resources, including facilities, equipment, operational supplies and internal systems. Staff Management & Compliance You will lead and support administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes task coordination, staff records, onboarding, training records, rostering, policy implementation, WHS administration, quality systems and compliance documentation. Stakeholder Management You will work with suppliers, service providers, customers, professional advisers and internal teams. You may also represent the business in meetings, supplier discussions, industry events or other external forums when required. About You You are organised, commercially aware and confident working across multiple areas of a business. You enjoy improving systems, solving problems and helping a growing business operate more efficiently. You will bring: Experience in business management, corporate services, operations, administration management, finance support or commercial coordination Strong administrative, financial and operational understanding Experience managing business systems, internal procedures, staff resources and workflows Strong reporting, documentation and communication skills Confidence working with senior management and providing practical business support Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, business software, accounting systems or CRM systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on small to medium business environment High attention to detail and a professional approach to confidential business, financial and staff information Experience in manufacturing, packaging, print finishing, wholesale, industrial or B2B environments would be highly regarded. Qualifications & Requirements A qualification in business, management, commerce, accounting, administration, operations or a related field is preferred, although equivalent practical experience will also be considered. A current driver’s licence is required. Additional training in finance, leadership, HR, project management, WHS, quality systems, compliance or business systems would be advantageous.
