Supporting multiple divisions across the SRB Group, you'll work closely with management and the existing office team to help coordinate jobs, schedule resources, prepare quotations, manage customer enquiries and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll become a key point of contact within the business, working closely with management, our Fleet Coordinator, Business Development Manager, and office team to ensure our people, customers and operations are supported every day. No two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating schedules and resources, the next assisting with customer enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting fleet administration or helping management keep priorities moving forward. About the Role As our Office Support & Operations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working alongside our existing office team, you will be responsible for coordinating jobs, scheduling resources, preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries, maintaining business systems and providing operational and administrative support. This is a varied, hands-on role offering genuine responsibility and the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing business. What You'll Be Doing Coordinating jobs, schedules and resources Preparing and issuing quotations and customer documentation Managing incoming phone calls and customer enquiries Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams Maintaining business systems, records and operational processes Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and administration tasks Supporting fleet administration Working closely with management on operational priorities Supporting the Business Development Manager Ensuring tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time General office administration and operational support What We're Looking For This role will suit someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about delivering a high standard of support to the people around them.
