About The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor - Crushing to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance activities, planning and scheduling both planned and unplanned work, and ensuring optimal performance of crushing plant and equipment. Key Responsibilities Regular inspections of our three (3) Crushing plants and ancillary equipment and scoping of repairs based on defects identified/raised Responsibility for integrity of CMMS (Fleetmex) data such as work orders, maintenance history, prestart defects, etc Scheduling of planned weekly servicing schedules to suit 3 x crushing sites Management of unplanned repairs, including W/O management and parts management Scoping of shutdowns including but not limited to labour resources, ordering parts, safety systems and high-risk activities Coordination of maintenance labour both internal and external contractors Assist project with diagnosis of faults in conjunction with OEM support Condition monitoring – ensuring integrity of oil sampling process and reporting and assessing sample reports Working with site production teams to improve maintenance practices and overall productivity of the crushing plants Development of maintenance strategies and policies About You Previous Supervisory experience in mobilise crushing operations 5 years working in a crushing environment Hold a HD Fitter or similar trade certificate Experience with CMMS Systems such as Fleetmex Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills Current WA Drivers Licence Unrestricted Australian working rights Benefits & Rewards Roster 5/2 or 4/3 FIFO Tier 1 site New Plant and Equipment Be part of team first environment Competitive salary package plus superannuation Supportive training and development Ongoing projects and career growth Visit our website at: www.icontracting.com.au iContracting is an equal-opportunity employer that encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
