Due to organic growth, one of our clients currently require a civil and structural engineers to work on their major projects across land development, civil infrastructure and commercial developments. These are full-time, permanent positions based out of the Perth office, with strong progression opportunities in a highly-renowned, award-winning, growing consultancy. The ideal candidates will be comfortable with creating high quality engineering concept plans, designs and documentation for civil engineering projects from concept to completion. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined. ResponsibilitiesPrepare high quality detailed design, drawings and documentation for land development and/or built form engineering projectsSchedule own work and oversee work of others from the initial planning stages of the project through to final constructionInterface with the client regarding engineering providing advice and coordinating solutionsOversee and mentor junior engineers and designersEnsure HSEQ and other relevant standards are met QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering5 years of civil and/or structural engineering experience related to site design, land development, stormwater drainage, sewerage design, concrete design including pre and post-tensioning or bulk earthworksExperience with AutoCADStrong knowledge of govt and Australian standardsStrong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills The successful candidates will receive a competitive remuneration packages inclusive of bonus schemes as well as strong progression opportunities in a growing organisation with a great culture.
